You know what I realized today?
That you control your happiness. I know that’s some sort of quote that I’ve seen going around but I actually did that today. I felt my thoughts going crazy and felt myself going to a bad place and I was just like, “NOPE. I’m gonna be happy.” I feel like this is a step in the right direction.
